Collections Specialist will use proven strategies to contact customers to negotiate and collect payment within specified guidelines and laws. Looking for candidates that possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Collections and Call Center experience is required.
First and foremost know how to get past the Gatekeeper. Be a good listener, and understands how to overcome objections. Most importantly we need someone who can closes the deal. Be an effective communicator, and unafraid to ask for money and/or obtain the information necessary to remain in contact with the debtor.
Be a creative problem solver, and able to think on your feet. Be empathetic but competitive. Demonstrate an ability to find ways to be successful in difficult situations.
